Hi,
I've been having issues with my video connection for months. Every time I'm on video the connection bars in the bottom left of the screen are yellow or red, and my video regularly glitches/freezes. I have very fast wifi and just bought a new computer as well (to try to fix the issue), and super fast upload/download speeds. All my other apps work perfectly and never have speed/connection issues with anything else.
I've reached out to the customer support team, but none of their suggestions have helped. The issue persists every time there are atleast two people on video. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but frustrating for sure.
Thanks for any help.

without specific device and OS info I can only guess. I would guess that you have a poor signal as is indicated by the yellow/red connection bars. You need to actually measure the bandwidth by using openspeedtest.com from a browser.
If this works please click accept as a solution.

I have strong download (233 Mbps) and upload (111 Mbps) speeds, so I don't think that's the issue.
