Video not coming on.

With paired meeting, second time not being able to get video working but others OK.  My side says I should ask participant to enable.  Message his side is that host has blocked video.

Hi, @ShelleyC,

 

Next time this happens, check the settings on the Security icon to see if Participants are allowed to start video is enabled.  If not, enable it.

 

If you are in a large meeting and don’t want to enable video for everyone, you can Ask participant to start video from the non-video box with their name in it or from the Participants indies. They will receive a pop up message asking for permission to start their video.
