Video no longer working

I have been using Zoom both for work and social from my laptop since Covid started and use the integrated camera on my laptop.  I have done the following: 

  • Ensured that video is switched on.  
  • tested the video via Windows 11 version 21H2 where working fine. 
  • Run Cleanzoom
  • Reinstalled Zoom on 23.4.22
  • Restarted laptop
  • Tested from phone (all good)

I am now stuck so would appreciate some ideas as to how to resolve.

I have the same issue. Been using Zoom for years on this PC. Worked fine a few days back. Now the app logs in, audio is slightly broken, the onscreen display is dark - and frozen - click anywhere and it goes grey.

For now, I switched to using Zoom on the browser.
