Video lighting

My video screen is very dark.  I am barely visible on screen despite overhead lighting and a ring light.  Is there a setting that will allow me to brighten the screen when on Zoom?  If so, how do I access it.?

Hi @alonggreen , and welcome to the community! The same thing happens to me with my overhead lighting and tiny ring light. You can try adjusting for low light. Here are the steps:

  • In the Zoom desktop client, click your profile picture and then click Settings 
  • Click the Video tab 
     
  • Enable Adjust for low light.
  • By default, the setting will be set to Auto. However, you can select Manual, and adjust the setting to the desired effect.
