Video lagged 3 seconds/audio fine

Hi,

 

My video started lagging by 3 seconds fairly recently. It'd been fine before that. I haven't downloaded any new apps or programs since well before this started. I've tried all the fixes one can find on Google for this issue and nothing seems to be working. I need Zoom on a daily basis for work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a 1 to 3 second video lag that comes and goes but I've had it for a week now. I've updated to the lasted Zoom client and tried the other fixes I've found online but nothing works.
