Video glitches on 2019 MacBook Air

I had a new problem after a Zoom update to 5.13.4 on Mac OS. Whatever camera I used (internal and external) would eventually send my video with flashes, jerks, and overall distortion. I solved the problem by turning off hardware acceleration for sending video in the Advanced video settings. (This doesn't affect my iMac of similar vintage.)

Hey @GeoWittPitt believe this has been fixed in the new Zoom update 5.13.5, suggest updating and let me know if that helps!

how do I  know what version I have? Zoom usually prompts the update but haven't seen it yet.
