I hope i can post this that will make sense. I have one user that is having issues with her video freezing when in a meeting. The person on the other end says our users video feed is freezing, but the audio is working fine. On the users machine she is not freezing in meeting window. the current setup is an external camera plugged into a port replicator attached to a laptop. Today she used the built-in camera and had the same issue. all of our other users seems fine and not freezing during meetings.
We have update all her drivers, tried different USB ports. She does have a personal laptop and when she uses it, it works fine with the same Internet connection.
Anyway needless to say this is very perplexing and not sure what to do now. Thanks
