Video Transfer Gone Bad

I tried copying a Zoom video to a flash drive (I realize now that the flash drive space was to small).  The file didn't copy and now it appears to be deleted from my computer as well.  However, it's not in my Recycle Bin either.  Any idea what happened?  How I can recover it?

    My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! Is the Zoom video a local recording or a cloud recording? If it is a cloud recording then you can go into your recording tab https://zoom.us/recording and re-download the files. If it is a local recording then if you go into your Zoom Meeting Application settings -> recording tab and click on the open button it will take you to where the Zoom Recording was saved on your hard drive.
