Video Stuck in Processing

I have a video that I need today for training purposes.  It seems to be stuck in processing after 6 hours.  Have not had this before.  Ideas on how to solve?

    @ktolsch , I would suggest that you log a problem with Zoom Support at
    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new.

     

    Support team may have a way to release the stuck process backend for you to be able to retrieve it.
