Video Recording of Interpreted Meetings

Hi, 

 

We are a K-8 school and host family education zooms for families.   We started providing simultaneous interpretations for Spanish.  Best practice in interpretations is to provide a video for the families.   We downloaded the video and audio, but do not have the recording from the interpretation channel.  How do we get access to that?  When we started the interpretation, the recording started. 

 

If there is not process, does anyone know of a work around?  Will this be a feature soon?

    Hi @CraneComm 

    As of the Nov 6th web release, cloud recordings can capture each language interpreter's separate audio. Not sure when your recording was captured, but recordings after that date should provide what you need.

    Hi Bort, 

     

    Is there an option or something in the settings that need to be set?  The recording was on Nov 9 and our apps are all updated.
