Video Freezes (but not audio) while hosting a meeting on M1 Mac

I've been having trouble with the video feed freezing during meetings that I'm hosting. 

 

This is an intermittent problem and I haven't been able to figure out what is causing it. 

 

We are streaming fitness classes over zoom using the newest M1 MacBook Air with the Zoom 5.9.1 (3506)

 

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions for how to avoid it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @LMBFit ! Welcome to the Zoom Community. I just realized you didn't receive a reply to your post. Are you still having this issue? If so, can you please try uninstalling the Zoom client/restarting computer/ reinstalling with the latest updates? Let me know if that does it!
