Video Freezes Post Recent Update

Hello, I am using a Lenovo - windows 10. Since the requested update yesterday my video starts out ok but after 5 to 10 seconds freezes.

I may be having the same problem.  My picture starts out OK, then freezes and darkens and the top part becomes wildly distorted.  The camera works fine through my computer, but now not with zoom.  Ideas?
