Video Calls Dropping

Hello,

 

I have trouble with Zoom calls dropping constantly. This does not happen with any other formats such as Teams, Google meet, Slack, etc. My internet provider has been out multiple times and has confirmed everything is ok. They have replaced the router/modem, cables and connectors.

I deleted my Zoom app and re-installed it with the latest version.

Is there a setting or something potentially off that would cause for Zoom calls only to drop so much?

    I have precisely the same problem, did you figure it out yet? I can make the same call from my cell phone, with zero issues!

    I have no issues using our other wifi extender, it only occurs when I am on the new mesh wifi we installed. Which is a DECO extender - maybe you are using the same thing here?

      I have the google nest setup for the house wifi but my laptop is directly connected to the router. When I have calls, I disconnect the nest setup and only have the direct connect. Still issues, only with zoom.
