Hello,

I have an important video stuck in the 'processing recording' stage. It's been almost 48 hours and I desperately need the video. How can I resolve this?

    Do I just hit CANCEL and will I lose it? It's completely blocking my screen so I can do NOTHING while it is up there.

    SOOOOO disappointing that after three years of a paid subscription the first time I need help I am denied any.
