Users zoom link sends them to different session

I had the same issue on 12 January.  A newly set up zoom link was sending participants to an older zoom room that had an entirely different link, name, date etc. I would love to know how to solve this as it caused major issues for a call with over 200 participants and really interrupted our event. We have 2 more events coming up and our trust in Zoom is quite shaken. 

Any advice would be much appreciated!

I had the same issue on 12 January where an event of over 200 participants were sent to an older, unrelated zoom link. The link they were given was correct, and for our new event, but they were sent to an old event they had nothing to do with. We have two more events coming up and out trust in Zoom is quite shaken.
