Hi Support Team,
Currently, I paid the license for my own Zoom account. And my limitation is 500 participants in room meeting.
But the participants never reach that limitation. It 's around 300 people and then if the new one join this meeting, the meeting automatically kick one of remaining people.
So I do not know what's happen here. I had already checked on my technical site, and nothing was wrong with that.
Please help me to answer this part.
Thanks and best regards.

Hi @duyvo4992
This is not official Zoom Support. We try our best to help with issues, but this is more of a collaborative space for troubleshooting and fostering new ideas.
I'd suggest checking to make sure you have that Large Meeting 500 license assigned to your profile in the Users page.
In any case, the system should not kick out already joined participants to make room for new joins. Instead it should just deny further participants from entering and informing them the session is at capacity.
If you want to dig into this further, I'd suggest contacting Support directly.
