Hey everyone I am a IT support specialist at a Architectural firm and I have a user who for some reason has a basic plan assigned to him and his called keep getting cut short when he should have an Enterprise account. I know that he has already tried signing back out and back in. Would like some insight into this please.

Quick things to check:

  • Are they set to be a Licensed user in the Zoom admin portal?
  • Are they signed-in to the correct account? Often users will accidentally sign in to their personal account.
