Use email alias to send invites

Hi everyone,

I've got a question.

I've got my main domain for g-suite. My brand name has changed so I've added an email alias and it's set as default in my gmail account. It works perfectly for sending emails. However when I send out an invite via zoom, it still shows my ''old'' domain. I've tried to change it in Zoom settings > Only show default email when sending email invites. So it still doesn't work.

Maybe I need to change something with users? I don't know because with users it still shows my old email address.

Thanks in advance!

You could copy the Zoom invite into your email inbox and send it using your preferred alias. Alternatively there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send Zoom invites using whichever email you want.
