since updating Zoom a few days ago I've been experiencing serious issues that prevent me from using the platform properly on my computer:
I can't join meetings, or it takes a very long time to connect.
when i finally get in, the software either freezes or my camera is disabled
i haven't been able to use Zoom on my computer at all since the update.
additionally, Workpalce is not working at all - it keeps asking for a password, and even after i enter the verification code i received by email, the software doesn't accept it.
i can join meetings from my phone, but it's very inconvenient for work and significantly slows me down.
i'd really appreciate any urgent help or suggestions to fix this

It is not clear what computer device and OS you are using or how you are connecting. Zoom does not require you to sign-in in order to join a meeting.
If this works please click accept as a solution.

The connection is done through the link I receive from the meeting owner.
I use Workplace (this was the upgrade, as the previous version kept crashing). My computer is a Lenovo.
Unfortunately, since the upgrade, I haven’t been able to use the Zoom application on my computer.
However, it works fine on my cellphone.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
