I set up a meeting on my pro account but I'm now expecting more people than the 100 it accommodates. I need to upgrade to enterprise. I already have 100 people registered for a scheduled meeting. Will i lose them if i upgrade?

No. The Large Meeting Add-On won’t affect any registration. Technically speaking, it only checks when you start the meeting, so it knows how many attendees to permit.
