Upgraded to MacOs Monterey and now video freezes

Greetings

 

I recently upgraded to MacOs Monterey 12.3.1 and now when I have any participants the video freezes.  This occurs whether I'm the host or not.  It also happens with either an external cam or the included cam.  I spoke with Apple they said it was a zoom issue as I tried everything they offered.  Has anyone found a workaround?  Is Zoom going to address this?

       I am also having this issue - When I come into a room, into or out of a breakout room - i get a freeze. I can turn my camera on and off and that seems to undo the freeze, but this is a huge problem for me. I'm a sign language interpreter and I when they start, I have to be there - I can't miss any second of what is happening. This also started for me when I upgraded to Monterey . It's not reassuring that you posted in April and it's not October and I'm having this problem
