Upgrade/Deinstallation does'nt Work 5.12.9638 / 5.12.3.9638 cant upgrade

good morning,

i want to upgrade but i need to deinstall older version (32bit).
Control panel means version 5.12.9638. Zoom startet mean version 5.12.3.9638. If i want to deinstall the path  which included zoominstallerfull.msi with Versions from 5.12.9638 or 5.12.3.9638 (Loaded manually from web) -> Error Message: is not a valid installation package for this product.
Run zoomclean.exe two times -> once as admin und additional one at user- >PC restart -> no effects.
Software is available, Upgrade will not work. What can i do?
