Updating zoom on a basic plan

I only have a Basic plan so that I can attend those that have Zoom meetings.  My system is telling me I need to update the app, but the instructions seem to only apply to those with Pro Plan or higher.  I need to update the app in order to attend Zoom meetings when asked.  I do not see a prompt for Check Updates in my profile as the instructions allude to.

I do not want to purchase a plan when I only use Zoom when I am invited to meetings.
