Everytime I try to log into Zoom it starts to update and freezes about 1/10th of the way.  It then does not allow me to use the App at all on my laptop.  Any solution?  Thank you!

Without more information to go on, my first recommendation is to look for the "CleanZoom" app discussion in this Zoom Support article:

Once you've done the CleanZoom complete uninstall, try re-installing Zoom.  If that still doesn't work, I'd then recommend sending in a Support Ticket:

I hate the recommendation to "just uninstall and re-install"... but in this case, I think it's your best bet - but not a guaranteed win.  😥
