Upcoming Zoom Meeting Reminder

Please as a licensed account owner and host how  do I set up upcoming zoom meeting reminder to registered participants to my online zoom meeting. 

 

Please can someone kindly assist

    Unfortunately, you cannot enforce that for your registrants. For them to get an upcoming meeting reminder, they need to:

    Hi @iogochukwu 

     

    Zoom Meetings do not support automated reminders.

     

    Instead, this would normally be done by sending the invitation using your internal calendaring application - like Outlook for example.  The recipients would then have their own reminder preferences there.

     

    If your Meeting does require registration, your participants will get a  registration confirmation email  (after registration ) but not a reminder before the meeting.

     

    The registration confirmation email will contain a calendar file they can add to their external calendar.

     

    FYI - Zoom Webinars DO support automated reminders by email, prior to your event.

    It is now possible to send automated Zoom meeting reminders is to use salepager [dot] com (a Zoom marketplace app) - it's a lot smoother than manually sending them and does not require an external calendar.
