Unknown symbols when entering the conference

When entering a Zoom conference, unknown characters appeared instead of my first and last name. Another participant who also had unknown symbols was also present at the conference

Hi @Vlad09, thank you for posting for the first time, and welcome to the Zoom Community!

Zoom is aware of this issue and investigating the cause and a resolution. As a workaround, meeting participants can manually change their display names. If you're the host of the meeting, ensure that you have allowed participants to rename themselves in the meeting settings.
