Hi there,

Does anyone know - if I Unassociate from my Company's (Enterprise) account and create my own account, will I loose my Personal Meeting ID?

If yes, what is the way to retain my personal meeting ID and still unassociate from Enterprise account?

thanks

TS

Hello!

If you disassociate your account from the business account, you will not lose your Personal Meeting ID.

Thanks,

Could you explain how to do you disassociate your personal account from the company account?

Hi I have a sub account that I am trying to disassociate with, I have a few years worth of recordings that I need to keep. I do not see an option to disassociate my account. I have called zoom, spoke to billing and sales no one is able to figure out how to do this. I have tried calling the company I have a sub account with and they are unresponsive. I got an email from zoom, saying the enterprise contract with the company I created a sub account with Working Live will be terminated in a few days and that  I need to reach out sales and create a paid account. I reached out to sales today spent about an hour with them and another hour with billing  and they said they have no idea who to do this because according to them I still have an active account. I do not want to lose all my recordings what can I do?
