Unable to update my Zoom Workplace

Hi,

Could someone please advise how to update my Zoom version? I've tried all the instructions I could find online, unsuccessfully. 

 

Yes, I've signed up to my desktop app, but no, there is no "Check latest update button". No, I cannot go to my IT team for help (as per the instructions of Zoom online support) because such thing doesn't exist. I am my own admin and team, solo, there's nobody else.


Yes, I have tried to update Zoom manually, following the steps suggested. But I'm just being re-directed to my desktop app, i.e. square one. I'm spinning in a circle.

 

I used to be able to update it easily, but now after Zoom has forced me to Zoom Workplace, it's become very complicated. 

Can you please help?

After sign in click the personal icon for the menu seen below

If this works please click accept as a solution.

Hi StoryHub, Thank you for your reply but that solution doesn't work. I've already tried it but that button doesn't appear on my screen (it used to in the past but it has disappeared). Can you help me with other ideas please? Thanks.

1. Mac or Windows?

2. If Windows, what is the installation path for Zoom?
