After returning to the main session from a break room my audio and video both get turned off. Everyone else in the meeting was able to unmute themselves. When I try to unmute myself it says "The host is not allowing participants to unmute themselves." The host said they haven't muted me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

I also had this issue during a weekly meeting.
Neither a restart, a change of audio settings or asking to be unmuted by the organizer worked.
It would be nice to have quickly a proper solution for that.
I was using the flatpak version and I switched to Firefox to attend my meeting.
