Could you provide me with the 32-bit Zoom 5.12.10650 installer please?

I am unable to remove the 32-bit client, despite having the 64-bit client installed and running v5.13.7 (12602).

    Hi @barnyt_eqix ,

Can you please advise where exactly you are seeing this file still? Are you able to see this from multiple spots such as "Task Manager", "uninstalled programs, etc.?

    Thanks!

Hi @ZoomerIT, I’m seeing it in my Add / Remove Programs - it’s 222MB in size.  I had it in Windows 10 Ent and couldn’t remove it there but recently upgraded to Windows 11 Ent and still have the same problem.

    Thanks!

Thank you for that info @barnyt_eqix . Can you please try the following:

    1. Download, extract, and run the file at this link: https://assets.zoom.us/docs/msi-templates/CleanZoom.zip
    2. Restart your computer - VERY IMPORTANT
    3. Reinstall Zoom from https://zoom.us/download

If the issue persists, you may need to follow the steps in the Microsoft document below as well as look into deleting this program from the Windows Registry.

Hi @ZoomerIT, I get the attached when doing step #1. 😞

Will try to do the registry steps next with my Corporate IT rep. 🙂

Zoom 5.11 would not update and could not be uninstalled. CleanZoom would not run without the .msi file.  I fixed it by deleting the Zoom folder in program files and running a full install of 5.17.
