Unable to share screen with participants in breakout rooms

There seems to be some problem with our company's pro account - we are unable to share screen when we place participants in break out rooms.

Also, I am unable to get live chat support in this account - why is that please?

I had something similar happen with a whiteboard yesterday. The board opened and some participants could get a color dot and make one word but it disappeared immediately???
