Hi all, hope you can help me!

I am unable to see any screens that are shared with me on zoom calls. I have checked settings and everything that I can see is turned on and ready to go.

I only have a basic account but I didn't think this should matter

You did not state what device and OS is being used. So my best guess is that you are viewing the gallery and not the meeting.

can you explain what you mean by viewing gallery not meeting?

what do you mean viewing gallery vs meeting

Sorry i still haven't been successful in seeing screens that are shared with me
