Unable to screen record gallery view when I am presenting. It only records my presentation

Hi,

 

A few weeks ago I did a presentation and the recording was great, it recorded me, my learners and the presentation in gallery view no problems. But, last week I did the same thing but when the recording downloaded it only recorded my presentation and not me or my learners. I have tried looking into this and changing anything to help but nothings working. Now every time I practice recording it only records the presentation. I need to but able to record in gallery view in a few days time and I don't know what to do. Please Help!!!

this seems to be the same issue as in your other post.

You have several options for setting up the layout of a recording.
Which set-up is applied and what is available depends on whether you are doing a cloud recording or an on-computer recording, and whether you are the host of the meeting or not.
