Hello there!
Faced with an issue that I unable to reset a forgotten password.
First of all I go on https://zoom.us/ and choose "Forgot password" then enter an e-mail that I used to register in then solve the captcha and then receive an e-mail to mailbox but, when I click on "Reset password" I've got redirected on the same page when it started from.
Tried to send and open a link from an app, browser and mobile app - all the same.
Any idea what's wrong?

Actually I realized that in our company were a community profile that requires add user e-mail address to the "white list".

Actually changing browser cannot help 'cause I recieved a mail from Zoom which looks like that https://prnt.sc/ZeCh2XvazqkP and when I click on "Reset Password" button it opens a new tab in browser that requires to enter an e-mail address again https://prnt.sc/SvDeG_QcJmcE and it's repeatable issue.

It's not clear what the problem is. Could you try using another PC and a different internet connection? It seems like there might be some unusual behavior occurring on your end.
