Unable to rename a zoom recording

Hallo to the Zoom community. 

When  I right-click on 'rename' for a local Zoom recording, the 'rename' box does not open. In the past it has opened. How can this problem be solved? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Hilary! Welcome to Zoom Community! 😀 For local recording, renaming the file might be dependent on your computer performance and its file size. Another way to rename the file besides right click rename -  for PC, you can single click the file until it gets highlighted and press F2. For Mac, you can single click the file until it gets highlighted and hit Enter.
