Unable to hear the host's background instrument

1. The host has musician mode on

2. Other participants has no problem hear the background instrument sound

3. I'm the only one who can't hear the background instrument sound

It must be something wrong with my settings. Are there anything I can do to hear the background instrument? I can hear the host talking but whenever he plays the instrument (which is a drum and and bell) then they completely got cut out.
