Unable to do account upgrade

Hi,

 

I am trying to upgrade to the Pro plan but once I land in the billing information page, select the "I have read and agree to the Zoom Terms of Service and Privacy Statement." check box and then click on the continue button nothing happens.

I do not get any error/warning not is there any action on the page. 

 

Unable to understand what is going wrong and need this to be rectified asap as I need to start my conferences today. Appreciate any quick inputs/help.

    I have cleared the cache and cookies too no luck.

    I had exactly the same problem. I sorted it out by adding the address and billing information to my profile
    (in the "ADMIN > Billing Information" section) before the upgrade. Once that was in place, the upgrade went through straight away.
