Unable to convert recording

Hi. I could not convert my recording. After I ended the meeting, the recording did not convert. Instead it got saved in my folder as "double_click_to_convert_01. Even after double clicking on this, the zoom recording is not converting. Please help......

Hi ZoomTestKitchen, I have tried all of the suggestions in your link but I still can't get the recording files to convert. I really need these recordings. Please help!

Never mind, I fixed it by moving the unconverted files from the generated default folder to the Documents/Zoom folder. Double-clicked the files and they converted as expected.
