Unable to clear recordings in cloud

I keep getting emails stating that I have exceeded my cloud storage:

"You have exceeded your cloud recording storage recording limit.

Storage Limit: 10 GB
Storage Used: 11.85 GB

You can free up space by deleting recordings, or you can increase your storage limit.
To increase the limit, please visit xxxxxxxxxxx.com to purchase an add-on Cloud Recording plan. "

I have gone in and deleted all of my recording but I am still getting the message.

Any idea on how to clear the "memory"?

TIA

Hi @NancyOZ! Thanks for posting your question, and welcome to the Zoom community.

I know it has been a while since you initially posted, but I want to make sure you receive assistance. Are you still having this issue? If so, I'd love to help you get it resolved.

I am also getting this email now, despite having cleared out my cloud storage.

Whenever I record to the cloud now, I get an email that says:

You have exceeded your cloud recording storage recording limit.

    Storage Limit: 5 GB
    Storage Used: 46.33 GB

You can free up space by deleting recordings, or you can increase your storage limit.

But my cloud storage only shows a single 600 MB recording.

    Definitely not 46 gb.

Were you able to find a way to clear the "memory" or "cache,"  @NancyOZ?

Or did you have a possible solution, @crchan123?

    Thanks!

Hey @NancyOZ @MakeEveryMedia, have you checked your recording management? This will show all the recordings from you and the users under your account. To check your recording management checkout https://zoom.us/recording/management and let me know if you were able to clear up any recordings?
