Unable to change Caption to any other languages

Ever since a few days ago, my captions have been stuck at English.

I am well aware of how to change the language of the Captions, but the only option available for me to choose from in the list in English.

 

Here is a screenshot of what happens when I tried to change the language of the captions.

Does anyone know how do I change it?

Make sure you follow the prerequisites for this feature

Prerequisites for viewing translated captions

*Note: Translated captioning requires the host to be a member of a Zoom One Business Plus account, a Zoom One Enterprise Plus account, or assigned the Zoom Translated Captions add-on.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your reply but that does not address my issue. 

 

I am not asking for translated captions. I am simply stating that I used to be able to choose which language the captions should be recognizing (not translating!). Now it is only English. 

 

Again, I am not asking about translated captions.

Make sure you have the latest version of Zoom (5.17.10). Login to your account on the web portal.

Go to settings > In Meeting (Advanced) > Automated Captions and click the pen icon to edit the languages available.
