Has anyone every encountered a situation in which they were signed into a scheduled meeting, and they were unable to activate the mute or video button, but they could communicate via chat? This happened to me today and I lost an opportunity to connect. When I checked my account, I could see that I didn't have some sort of OA2 token, so I updated that. This has only happened one time before. It's a weird, but scary, glitch.

The host has the capability to lock participants audio and video from being turned on. However, when you attempt to unmute or start video there will be a message window informing the participant of the lock out.
