Unable to access password page on Zoom recording

I have been unable to get to the password page after the reCAPTCH. When I hit the Register button it stays on the same page. This is only happening on my MacBook Air laptop.

    Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation panel, click Settings. Click the Recording tab. Under Require passcode to access shared cloud recordings, select the check box to enable Embed passcode in the shareable link for one-click access.
