Unable to accept participants even after starting the meeting as a host

Hai We have started our Online class which has been running in the same ID for the past 6 months regularly , today the students are unable to enter the session and it is showing meeting has not been started for the participants, take this on priority as all our students are waiting and we have to suspend the class.

    I have the same issue at the moment. With a regular session I have been hosting for over a year.

    Same issue here, we are unable to join a recurrent meeting. We are all waiting for the host to allow us in but he cannot see us waiting. We had to resume the meeting and connect via phone... Please help, urgent matter. Thanks in advance

    note: we all updated the zoom, but still have the problem.

    Only those staff who have been designated as co-host and host are able to enter all other participants are not able to do so.
