Unable to Live stream

Bought a pro license an hour ago, can't call or chat with zoom live support unless I shell out more dollars. oom was great last year but has become greedy and added more complex features that all cost money.

Downloaded the app "Livestream" and now I get error "You can not stream to this platform" and all 4 platforms are greyed out. I am owner of the account and have full privileges. Someone please help me livestream to my facebook group that I am admin of.

I am having the same issue. If I can't get Zoom to livestream, I have little use for it. Was your question answered? Please, let me know what the issue is so I can take the correct steps to solve it.

I'm also having the same issue. Enabled Live Streaming under Advanced Meeting settings and select available options. The custom Live Streaming button is still grayed-out. Also if I add or remove any of the other selections, the Live Stream app doesn't reflect those changes.

Login to the web. Go into settings and enable Live Streaming under Advanced Meeting settings and select available options for each of the streams. That should help. Sadly there is no direction or help from Zoom for newbies without shelling out dollars.

I am trying to do this but I can't locate the Enable Live Streaming option under Advanced Meeting settings. Any advice where to find this setting?
