Unable to Hear Audio During Meetings

I am experiencing an issue with audio during Zoom meetings

While other participants can hear each other, I am unable to hear any sound.

 

This issue persists despite trying the following troubleshooting steps:

- Ensuring my audio is not muted.
- Testing my speaker in the Zoom settings.
- Verifying that my device's audio works with other applications.
- Restarting both Zoom and my device.

 

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Could you please state what device and OS is being used and post screen shots of the audio settings in Zoom.

I'm having the same problem! It's been a week already. Every time I test the sound I can't hear anything, but my mic is working properly. I've tried changing the earphones (I also tried having the meeting without earphones), but it didn't work.
