I can use Zoom desktop 6.3.x and Zoom extension with Chrome 131 on Win11 Pro 24H2.
I'm in trouble that unable sound and microphone with desktop client, however via Zoom extension and Chrome is OK for any Zoom meetings.
I tried Jameswalter's suggestion to divide this issue as follows link.
The result is; sound and microphone test is OK before connect computer audio on Zoom test meeting site, but to be disabled them after connect audio.

Computer audio is highly complex and since no specific audio device is given as an audio engineer I can only venture a guess. Desktop client should work just fine with Win 11 Pro (I do this every day). In the desktop client be sure the correct audio device is selected. In Win 11 be sure the same device is selected as the default device.

You still did not identify the hardware and connection being used by Zoom. Again I would guess that SST may not have up to date drivers properly installed. SST (smart sound technology that is not very smart) can also interfere with Zooms processing. SST has numerous issues see the following for possible clues

Check with the computer manufacturer for specific solutions. Especially, ask about SST and Zoom client and about disabling SST.
Consider not using the built-in array mic and use an external USB headset.
I know the following device works with PCs and Apple device and works as a USB or an analog device.

Hello guys,
I have solved my issue that reason why Zoom desktop client audio issue.
Realtek Audio Console AI noise reduction setting, all effects for speakers and microphone should be disable.
The detail as follows,
-Speakers: sound effect Off, AI noise reduction Off
-Headphone: AI noise reduction Off
-Microphone array: effect all Off
-External microphone: effect all Off
-My PC environments: dynabook GZ/HYL, Win11 Pro 24H2, Sony wired earphones with microphone, Zoom 6.3.x client.
Off course windows update for optional drivers should be updated before above settings.
