USB mic displaying in list of mics but not working

I've got an ATR2100x USB mic that I've plugged into my computer.

I can see it and select it under the audio settings but I can't hear anything. If I test record I get nothing too.

Normally it just works but it is really mystifying me today. Any ideas?

Are you using a newer version of Zoom since the last time this worked?

Reboot the computer, re-seat the device, and potentially try a different port - let us know if the issue persists.
