USB Camera for Zoom meetings on Android Tablet

I dont see any recent discussion on this topic so I will ask it again, apologies if i have overlooked a thread somewhere.

 

Does Zoom support use of an external usb webcam when joining a zoom meeting from an Android device such as the Samsung Galaxy S9. 

If this is not currently supported, is there any chance it will be supported in the future?

I would be very happy with this update. I use Samsung DEX mode and would like to use my USB webcam attached to the monitor and not the camera on my phone.

I realize that this incompatibility has been going on for years and nothing has been done by Zoom to bring this support to external USB cameras.
