US Bureau of Prisons Zoom link

We need to send a zoom link to BOP for a meeting, but they have a Cisco brand video conferencing system. They are requesting a link that only has numbers and @608130.gov after it. for example 123456 @zoom.gov Is the SIP join method the same thing? Do we need to buy the government version of Zoom?
