UNWANTED DEFAULT EMAIL

Hi, just purchased PRO. The same issue continues as with the free version: when sending invites through default email A FAMILY MEMBER'S GMAIL EMAIL ADDRESS appears only. I am unable to change this. Giving me grey hair right now. Please can someone help??

 

(Yes, my profile has my correct email address, and I sign in using my personal email address and yes, I already tried uninstalling and installing Zoom again. None of this helps. I cannot send out email invites under someone else's name. We truly don't know what to do.)

I'm sorry that it's giving you trouble.  What integration are you using to generate and send the meeting invites?

I am having the same problem, I'm not sure what you mean, I am using the option on Zoom to email invites and it defaults to an old gmail address, I want to send from my personal outlook address, can you advise?
